Our refund policy applies to all orders for courses, workshops, classes and products.
Cancel Order
Do you have a question about this? Please email: info@kittyhamelink.com.
- If you cancel at least more than a month prior to the start time you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel a month or less than a month before the start you cannot get a refund.
- Would you like to exchange your ticket for The Spinning Class for another date? That’s not possible.
Refund
Refunds will be credited to your bank account as soon as possible. You do not need to do anything further.
For orders made with discount/coupon code you will receive the paid amount (i.e. with discount) back.
Liability
Although we have taken the greatest care to ensure the completeness and correctness of the information during foraging walks in some workshops, we cannot guarantee any errors and omissions. Information may become outdated over time due to advancing insights based on new scientific data.
