Overview
Since we’ve noticed that, unfortunately, private workshops and courses are often canceled or rescheduled, please read these general terms and conditions carefully. When you sign up for a private workshop or course, you’re reserving a spot in my schedule, which means I’m “holding that time open” for you, so it’s important to be mindful of this.
Our refund policy applies to all orders for courses, workshops, classes and products. By purchasing a ticket or scheduling an appointment for a private workshop or course you agree to the terms below.
Payment
- If you need to book a ticket for a workshop, that information is listed on the workshop page.
- If you need to pay for a ticket through one of my partners, you’ll be automatically redirected to their website to purchase a ticket.
- For private workshops or courses, you’ll receive payment details after a date has been agreed upon. Your spot is not reserved until payment has been received and confirmed.
Cancel Order

- If you cancel at least more than a month prior to the start time you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel a month or less than a month before the start you cannot get a refund.
- Are you taking one of the private workshops or courses and would you like to reschedule? You may reschedule once, provided you have a valid reason. If that date doesn’t work for you either, you’ll need to pay for a new reservation.
Refund
Refunds will be credited to your bank account as soon as possible. You do not need to do anything further.
For orders made with discount/coupon code you will receive the paid amount (i.e. with discount) back.
Custom Order
- For a custom order, you pay the full amount upfront in a single payment. We’ll agree on the price and the deadline together.
- Once this amount has been paid, you cannot return the item. If there is a problem, we’ll look for a solution together.
- Custom-made felted fleece rug; starting at €150 euros
- Custom-made felted fleece seat pad; starting at €65 euros
- Custom made handspun yarn; price is charged by hourly rate, materials excluded.
Liability
Although we have taken the greatest care to ensure the completeness and correctness of the information during foraging walks in some workshops, we cannot guarantee any errors and omissions. Information may become outdated over time due to advancing insights based on new scientific data.
